Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will send your order to you next day, or Saturday as you select in the checkout. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Fashion Dispensary do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy

Cancelling Your Order
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Fashion Dispensary, 18 Market Place, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, GL8 8DD.

Returns
All items including 'Sale' items may be returned for a full refund (including standard postage) within seven working days. To return an item please email returns@fashiondispensary.com, we will issue a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). Please complete the returns form with your order reference as the subject. Please write clearly the RAN on the returns label provided or on the outside of the parcel. Customers are responsible for the returns cost.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, we advise customers to also check goods on receipt, and definitely before removing the tags. Fashion Dispensary will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at the time of posting from our office. Fashion Dispensary will refund the original card used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned items (10 days outside the European Union), further to the normal quality checks and that the tags have not been removed.

Exchange an Item

Please follow the ‘ Returns Policy’ for the item you would like to exchange and complete the Returns Item form sent with your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Please include your receipt with the item.

Please Note

When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
