Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will send your order to you next day, or Saturday as you select in the checkout. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Cancelling Your Order
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Fashion Dispensary, 18 Market Place, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, GL8 8DD.

Returns
All items including 'Sale' items may be returned for a full refund (including standard postage) within seven working days. To return an item please email returns@fashiondispensary.com, we will issue a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). Please complete the returns form with your order reference as the subject. Please write clearly the RAN on the returns label provided or on the outside of the parcel. Customers are responsible for the returns cost.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, we advise customers to also check goods on receipt, and definitely before removing the tags. Fashion Dispensary will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at the time of posting from our office. Fashion Dispensary will refund the original card used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned items, further to the normal quality checks and that the tags have not been removed. Over the Christmas holidays, we have extended the returns period to January 5th.

Exchange an Item

Please follow the ‘ Returns Policy’ for the item you would like to exchange and complete the Returns Item form sent with your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Please include your receipt with the item.

Please Note

When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
